This module provides inspiration from spirals in nature, mentions the difference between spirals and helices, explores the Fibonacci spiral, and how spirals/spiralic movement arise from straight lines. There are several movement explorations around spirals with Roger Tolle. Roger also demonstrates spiral tablework, and discusses the unique benefits of spiralic movement, whether tablework or Mentastics. There is a discussion of evolving Trager, ensuring that any new movement vocabulary is consistent with Trager principles.
