This module covers how and when we use words in the context of Trager as well as how Milton used words. Even though most most of the meaning in a conversation (verbal or conversation with tissue) is not carried through words, words matter. Some neuroscience was presented related to word processing in the brain, and we learned how words affect our physiology. We experienced how words can arise out of our somatic experience, how important it is to aim for congruency between verbal and non-verbal communication, and we practiced reframing with our colleagues. This module contains 2 Mentastics explorations and 2 breakout groups.
