This module headlines 5 modules related to touch

• touch
• interoception
• autonomic nervous system
• pleasure
• biotensegrity (soft matter).

Participants were encouraged to choose one thing from each module that they were curious to integrate and apply and then from that list of 5 pared it down to just one thing for deliberate practice. The framework for integration and application is reviewed. Four movement explorations are interspersed to anchor different aspects of self-touch.
